Today's Activities
Reload this page, then do the activities in this order:
Unit: Keyboarding
Objective: You are to learn to type accurately and quickly without looking at the keyboard.
Activities: Silently practice typing in Type to Learn with your hands covered. Focus! Aim for Accuracy! (15-20 minutes)
I expect you to complete three lessons per grading cycle.
Advanced Typing Practice for those who have finished TTL.
Unit: Word Processing
Objective: to learn how to correctly use word processing software to create and edit text documents.
Activities:
Do your Autobiography (Major Grade), have a classmate proofread it using the grading sheet (on the desk), and then show it to me. Do not print until told to do so.
School Principal Essay OR Technology Crash Essay
Share the Original Story.
All other past due word processing assignments are on the assignment page.
Announcements
I will take grades on each assignment, finished or not, by the due date. If you complete or improve an assignment after the initial grading, show it to me! I will be thrilled to raise your grade!
If you are missing any assignment in this class for any reason, you may make it up at home, in the library before school or during lunch, or with me after school.
